If the client wants to manage all or part of the website, access is provided to an administrative section (password protected) containing the functions and support documents. Telephone support is included at no extra charge.

Web Services West has developed these tools for clients over a number of years. You will have the benefit of this research and development: the tools are established and the cost is minimized for you.

    Content Management Options
  • Client may update 100% of content and graphics through the desktop browser
  • Client may update content only through the browser; WSW manages graphic changes.
  • Client may use desktop software and web tools to manage entire website: update content, prepare graphics and FTP to server
  • Client may contract with WSW to manage website

    Events and Calendaring

  • Calendars may be displayed in a grid and/or list format
  • Calendar events may be added through the desktop browser

    News Bulletins

  • News may be added to the website and displayed as a separate page, a sidebar or in a box on the home page.
  • News items may be added through the desktop browser.
  • News display options are controlled by the administrator: date posted, name of posting individual, etc.
